DMS AAROHI is a voluntary non-profitiable organisation, devoted to the dissemination and enjoyment of music, specially focusing on Indian classical music. We are registered under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 wide registration no. SOCIETY/WEST/2013/8900890. Encouraging talents among people and society and motivating them in the best manner is our only motto.

DMS AAROHI has grown as one of the finest Musical Society not only in Delhi-NCR but also in other states of India. The 5 year period since our inception in 2013 has been a great learning phase.

DMS AAROHI is a voluntary, non-profitable society covered in 12A and 80G (5)(VI) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 devoted to the dissemination and enjoyment of music, especially old classical music. It was registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860-Regd. No. Society/West/2013/8900890, with the primary objectives described below:

• To promote and encourage music.
• To arrange concerts and recitals by visiting and local artistes.
• To collaborate with other similar cultural organisations to encourage and develop among the musically inclined, an appreciation and understanding of Indian classical music.

With Reality shows becoming the current flavour of television/stage, channels are busy with different kinds of talent shows. While some claim to be hunting for the best singer, others claim to be hunting for the best voice, and yet some others are hunting for the complete idol-one that the country can idolize. DMS AAROHI Talent hunt will serve as a wonderful platform for talent which otherwise would not have a chance to showcase itself.

VOLUNTARY WORK

DMS AAROHI a non profitable society and non-profitable society covered in 12A and 80G (5)(VI) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 based in New Delhi, India, began its journey in 2013 to create a backbone of the patients in the need of blood, especially Thalassemia and create mass awareness about blood donation. We also focus on Child Education for rural and urban areas, creating a platform to change their future and building a positive attitude in them. We have taken a responsibility for Sr. Citizen Welfare to give them a better way of living, a space to live in their own conditions with healthiness and happiness. We haven’t forgotten the danger we created to environment hence we work for environment education and awareness.

It was not a hobby or an occasional exercise to run the activities on the pattern of several such existing institutions part time basis. It was a mission of creating a human chain of emergency blood donors with valid details, complete verification of the donor as well as of the needy to prevent misuse and effective management systems. We wanted to inculcate positive attitude, good human values in children and give a secure, healthy and happy environment to our elders. We also wanted to develop a sense of awareness about environment and work towards a green environment for our future generations. The whole course required volunteers to aware people and contributes their time & skills. We needed to have people with the right attitude and vision. More than anything else we required support and funds, small and big from individuals, institutions and corporate houses.

We create this dream for DMS AAROHI and we have never looked back to achieve our goals.
